Browse our shop, select your size and colour, then click "Add to Cart". When you're ready, proceed to checkout, fill in your delivery details and choose a payment method. You'll receive an order confirmation email once payment is successful.

All online payments are processed securely via Razorpay.

Orders can be cancelled or modified within 12 hours of placement — provided they haven't been dispatched yet. Please contact us immediately at or via phone. Once an order is shipped, it cannot be modified.

Yes, absolutely. We use Razorpay — a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment gateway — to handle all transactions. Your card details are never stored on our servers. All payments are secured with 256-bit SSL encryption.

Don't worry. Sometimes payment confirmation emails are delayed or land in spam. First, check your spam folder. If you still can't find it, contact our support team with your registered email and payment reference number, and we'll resolve it within 24 hours.

Standard delivery takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. Metro cities (Chennai, Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore) typically receive orders in 2–4 days. Remote areas may take up to 10 days.

Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders above ₹1500. A flat shipping fee of ₹79 applies to orders below this amount.

Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive an SMS and email with the tracking number. You can also use our Track My Order page or log into My Account to see live order status.

Currently we ship only within India. International shipping is on our roadmap — subscribe to our newsletter to be notified when it launches.

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for unused, unwashed items with original tags intact. Visit our Return Policy page for full details.

Yes! Size exchanges are free. Raise an exchange request within 7 days of delivery through My Account or by contacting support. We'll arrange a reverse pickup and ship the correct size within 3–5 business days of receiving the returned item.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item (usually 2–3 days), refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. For COD orders, refunds are issued as store credit or bank transfer (via NEFT).

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Items without original tags or packaging
• Washed, worn, or damaged items
• Innerwear and lingerie (for hygiene reasons)
• Items marked "Final Sale" or sold under heavy discount promotions
• Customised or altered garments

We photograph all products under professional lighting to show colours as accurately as possible. However, actual colours may vary slightly depending on your screen's calibration and brightness settings. If you're unsure, feel free to contact us before ordering.

Care instructions are printed on each garment's label. As a general guideline: hand-wash delicate fabrics in cold water, avoid harsh detergents, dry in shade, and iron on low heat with a cloth between the iron and fabric.

Yes, creating an account is required to place orders. It only takes a minute and gives you the ability to track orders, manage returns, save wishlists, and access exclusive member offers.
