All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Saturday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed the next business day.
After your order is confirmed and payment is received, you'll get an email with your order summary. Once dispatched, you'll receive a separate shipping confirmation with your tracking number.
Order cut-off time: Orders placed before 2:00 PM IST on a business day are typically dispatched the same day or the following morning.
We ship across all pin codes in India via trusted courier partners including Shiprocket, Delhivery, and BlueDart.

All orders are packed with care in branded poly bags or boxes. Delicate items are wrapped in tissue paper before packaging. We use tamper-evident sealing to ensure your items arrive safely.
We are working towards eco-friendly packaging — recycled and minimal plastic by 2026.
If a delivery attempt fails (no one available, incorrect address, etc.), the courier will make up to 3 delivery attempts. After that, the shipment is returned to our warehouse.
Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. We cannot change the address once the order is dispatched.
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the delivery notification with:

We currently only ship within India. International shipping is planned for a future date. If you are based outside India, please follow us on social media or subscribe to our newsletter to be notified when we launch international delivery.
