Our Commitment

At Vikasini Fashion, your satisfaction is our priority. We accept returns and exchanges on most items within 7 days of delivery. Our process is simple, transparent, and customer-first.

Free size exchanges — if your item doesn't fit, we'll exchange it for the right size at no extra charge (subject to stock availability).

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be returned within 7 days of the delivery date
  • Be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition
  • Have all original tags and labels still attached
  • Be in its original packaging (or equivalent)

Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted and will be shipped back to you.

Items Not Eligible for Return

The following cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery
  • Innerwear, lingerie, and shapewear (for hygiene reasons)
  • Items marked "Final Sale" or sold at steep promotional discounts
  • Customised, altered, or stitched-to-order garments
  • Items returned after the 7-day window
  • Gift cards and digital vouchers

How to Initiate a Return

Follow these simple steps:

Contact Us

Email or call us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return.

Approval

We'll review your request and send a return approval within 1–2 business days.

Ship the Item

Pack the item securely and ship it to our address. Use a trackable courier service.

Refund / Exchange

Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund or exchange is processed within 5–7 days.

Please do not return items without prior approval. Unapproved returns may be rejected and shipped back at your expense.

Exchanges

Want a different size or colour? We're happy to exchange your item, subject to availability.

  • Size exchange: Free of charge. We'll arrange a reverse pickup and dispatch the new size after receiving your return.
  • Colour/style exchange: If the new item has a price difference, you pay or receive the difference.
  • Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the approval status. If approved:

  • Online payments (card, UPI, net banking): Refund to original payment method within 5–7 business days of approval.
  • Cash on Delivery orders: Refund via NEFT/bank transfer (you'll need to provide bank details) within 7–10 business days.
  • Store credit: Available as an instant alternative to bank refund — usable on any future order.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item sent, damaged goods).

Refund timelines depend on your bank. We process refunds promptly on our end, but your bank may take 3–5 additional days to reflect the amount.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the item and the packaging
  • A description of the issue

We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.
