Use a soft measuring tape and wear minimal clothing. Measure snugly but not tightly.
Measure around the fullest part of your chest, keeping the tape parallel to the ground.
Measure around your natural waistline — the narrowest part of your torso, usually 1 inch above your navel.
Measure around the widest part of your hips and buttocks, about 8 inches below your natural waist.
Measure across your back from the outer edge of one shoulder to the outer edge of the other.
Measure from the top of your shoulder (below the collar) straight down to your desired hem length.
Measure from the crotch seam down to the ankle along the inside of the leg.
Measurements in inches. All garments are stitched with 1–2 inch ease for comfort.
